Fetch Doggie Daycare

At Fetch, the word "community" means two things:

1.  Community means kinship.  Fetch is like a little community unto itself.  If something is going on, whether it's an upcoming event or a hot topic, we want our clients to know about it!  We love to share with our clients the good, the bad, and the ugly of dog-ownership.  Like a family, we're there for the good times and the bad.  Everyone here has a voice and can expect a built-in support system when it comes to anything dog-related!

2.  Community means the society outside of Fetch's doors.  We love to actively participate in Portland's dog-community.  We've been known to take on foster dogs, donate to local dog-charities such as Fences For Fido, and we absolutely love participating in fundraising events!  The Portland Metro area has such an exciting dog-community, and we want to play an active roll!  We have many strong dog-loving voices here at Fetch, and we intend to be heard!

Our First "Fences For Fido" Success Story!

Fetch Doggie Daycare sponsored Teddy (pictured above) so that Fences For Fido could build him a fence.  Now he has his very own fenced yard to run and play in safely!  We here at Fetch believe that no dog should live it's life on a chain - that's why we partnered with Fences For Fido.  For those of you unfamiliar with this amazing organization, they build fences for low-income families - literally freeing dogs from their chains.  We know that not everyone can afford to build a fence (let alone take his or her dog to daycare), but that doesn't mean they should have to keep their best friend on a chain just to keep them safe.  For more information about Fences For Fido, please go to www.fencesforfido.org

Yay!  We are so happy for Teddy and his family!
